Why September stands out. Google spend held near $4,770 a month in July and August, then rose to $7,840 in September, 45% of the quarter's Google total. LinkedIn stayed paused all quarter, which is why it shows no Q3 figure.
What each charge is for

Nine campaigns, each with a job.

This is the full breakdown behind the totals above. Each row is one campaign as it appears in the platform, with a plain-language description of what that budget was buying and how it compares with last quarter. Campaign names starting with NZ01 target people who have not engaged with Safe Stop yet; NZ02 means the ads are shown again to people who already visited.

Where the extra spend went. Most of the increase over last quarter came from Google, up $4,658: Performance Max and Business search each roughly doubled, and the new Brand search campaign added $1,157. On Meta, the Click Reserve campaigns ran for the full quarter for the first time. Across both quarters combined, spend is $3,966.71 over the $48,000 six-month plan.

The $8,000 figure is the paid media line only. It does not include the outdoor boards, the management fee, or the other marketing lines in the annual plan. Those are tracked separately.
How we measured & what is not in here

Pulled from the platforms themselves.

So these figures can be checked against any other record, here is exactly where they come from and what falls outside them.

THE SOURCE

Straight from each advertising platform

Every number is the spend each platform recorded against the Safe Stop account for the dates the ads actually ran, July 1 through September 30, read directly out of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Nothing is estimated or allocated by hand, and each line can be reproduced campaign by campaign on request.

ONE THING TO EXPECT

Platform invoices can differ slightly by month

Platforms bill when an account crosses a spending threshold, not on the last day of the month, so a few days of late-September delivery can land on an October invoice. Comparing this recap to monthly invoices should show small timing differences at the month edges. The three-month total is the figure that reconciles cleanly.

NOT INCLUDED

Nativz management fee

Billed separately from media. This document covers only money paid to the advertising platforms.

NOT INCLUDED

Ralston & Lamar boards

The outdoor boards are contracted and invoiced outside the digital platforms and are reported separately.

NO ACTIVITY

LinkedIn and TikTok

LinkedIn has been paused since May and recorded no spend this quarter. There is no TikTok ad account for Safe Stop, so there is nothing to report on either.

i
On the Google and Meta totals. The Google figure ties out three ways: by campaign, by day and by device all total $17,386.35 within a cent. The Meta figure matches the account total in Ads Manager exactly, $11,589.10. Campaigns that existed but spent nothing this quarter are listed for continuity and not counted.
Anything else

Happy to go deeper on any line.

Every campaign in this recap can be broken out further, by month, by week, by ad, or by what it produced, and we can pull the platform statements behind any figure. If the review with the bank raises questions on a specific line, send it over and we will turn the detail around quickly.
