Nativz × Cypress Point
Brand Identity and Website Proposal · Prepared June 2026

A brand as elevated as
the land it sits on.

Cypress Point at Bois d'Arc Lake deserves an identity that feels as considered as the community itself. This is our plan to build the full brand system (direction and strategy, typography, brand kits, symbols, and logo) and, if you want it, a custom website your team can edit in minutes.

Welcome

A name like Cypress Point should look the part.

Cypress Point is a heavily wooded, lakefront community in North Texas built for buyers who notice the details. The land does a lot of the selling. The brand should carry the rest: the wordmark on the entry monument, the typography on the sales sheet, the symbol on the hat, the look and feel a buyer remembers on the drive home.

Right now there is no codified identity to lean on. No master logo suite, no defined type system, no color rules, no symbol set. Every new piece gets designed from scratch, which means the brand drifts a little each time and nothing compounds.

We fix that with one cohesive brand system. Caro Rodriguez leads the design, Romina Della runs the project, and you come out the other side with a complete identity plus the option of a custom website your team can update in-house the same day you think of a change.

Your North Star

You pointed to Long Cove. We know exactly why.

Long Cove set the bar for what a North Texas lakefront community brand can be: restrained, lifestyle-led, and effortlessly premium. We treat it as a quality bar, not a template. The goal is to meet that bar, then give Cypress Point an identity that is unmistakably its own.

What Long Cove gets right

  • Restraint. A clean, modern wordmark and a calm palette that reads premium without trying too hard.
  • Lifestyle over inventory. Golden-hour photography and an experiential voice that sells lake days, not lots for sale.
  • A sense of place. The brand turns a location into a destination people want to belong to.
  • Luxury made effortless. Elevated, but warm and welcoming. Never stuffy.

Where Cypress Point stands apart

  • Its own water. Bois d'Arc Lake is brand-new shoreline with a story Long Cove cannot tell.
  • Its own landscape. Heavily wooded, forested lakefront with a more secluded, natural feeling of place.
  • Its own name and mark. A distinct identity, so a buyer comparing the two sees a peer to Long Cove, not a copy of it.
  • Built to lead. An identity designed to define its category in North Texas, not echo it.
This is the heart of the Brand Direction and Strategy phase. We pull apart what makes Long Cove resonate, set it as the quality bar, and then define the position, story, and visual world that let Cypress Point become a north star of its own.
The Approach

Strategy first. Then craft.

We do not start in the logo file. We start with what Cypress Point is, who it is for, and why it wins. The marks come after the thinking, which is why they hold up.

01

Direction and Strategy

Positioning, brand attributes, a competitive and category read, moodboards, and one approved creative territory. This is the foundation every other deliverable is built on, so we get sign-off here before a single mark is drawn.

02

Type and Color

A typography system with primary and secondary typefaces, hierarchy, and licensing guidance. Plus a brand kit: a defined palette with usage rules, spacing, and clear do and do-not guidance so it stays consistent everywhere.

03

Symbols and Logo

A brandmark, monogram, and supporting symbol set, then the full logo suite: primary logo, secondary lockups, and responsive marks that read at any size, packaged as master files you own outright.

One Brand, Everywhere

From the entry monument to the website, it all has to move as one.

Cypress Point is a fully realized community: paved roads, full utilities, an HOA, retaining walls, and more than a dozen shared amenities. Every one of these is a place a buyer meets your brand. A clubhouse sign. A trailhead. A dock marker. The homepage. If they do not share one logo system, one typeface, and one palette, they read as a dozen different places.

The job of this engagement is a synchronous brand that ties all of it together. The same logo marks, typography, color, and symbols carry from the entry-way monument to amenity and wayfinding signage to the website, so every touchpoint walks, talks, and acts the same. One community, one identity, reinforced everywhere a buyer looks. That is what the next five deliverables build.
What You Get

Five deliverables. One complete identity.

The brand engagement covers all five. Each is delivered with usage guidance and, on full payment, the editable master files. Two rounds of revisions are included on every major deliverable.

Add the Custom Website

Put the new brand to work on a custom Astro CMS site your team can edit in-house. Details in the next section.

  • Built on the new identity
  • Repo access for Matt
  • Fast edits via Claude Code
The Website Add-On

A site that ships the brand, and never gets stuck.

Most agency sites become a bottleneck the moment they launch. Every small change means an email, a ticket, and a wait. We build yours differently: on Astro, with the repository handed to your team so edits happen in minutes, not weeks.

The Build

Astro CMS

A custom website designed on the new Cypress Point identity and built on Astro, a modern framework that ships near-zero JavaScript by default. The result loads fast, ranks well, and costs almost nothing to host. No template builder, no platform rent, no plugin sprawl.

Why it wins: you own 100% of the code, it is portable forever, and it stays fast as you add pages.
The Workflow

Matt + Claude Code

We provision repository access for Matt so your team can make fast edits directly, using Claude Code to update copy, swap photos, add a lot, or publish a new section in plain language. No waiting on a queue, no change-order for a headline tweak.

Why it wins: the site becomes a living asset your team controls, not a dependency you rent from an agency.
